Q: Why should I order from Uniquely Niagara Baskets?
A: We design our baskets utilizing artisanal products from the Niagara Region, Canada and Internationally. BASKET ISN'T DESIGNED UNTIL ORDER IS PLACED - PERSONALIZED ORDER. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with a basket or box that will surprise and delight your family, friend or client.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed online 24/7 via our secure service xxxxxxx. Order can also be placed via phone Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM by calling 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx or by sending an email to [email protected]. Do not include any payment information on your e-mail. You will receive a call back to obtain payment information.
Q: Is it safe to order over the Internet with my credit or debit card?
A: Yes. We use xxx xxx to hand all credit and debit card processing. A credit card number, expiry date, security code and billing information are required to process ALL orders. Make sure to CALL or EMAL us if you DO NOT receive an email receipt of the order to ensure that the order was successfully placed.
Q: Can I send a cheque or Interac e-transfer for payment?
A: Yes, you can pay by cheque. However, we will not complete your order until the cheque has been processed so allow sufficient time for the processing of the cheque, assembly and delivery of the basket or box. We can also accept e-transfers for payment. Just send the Interac e-transfer to [email protected] along with your order information.
Q: Are prices in US or Canadian dollars?
A: All of our prices are in Canadian dollars and will be settled in Canadian funds.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cheque and Interac e-transfer.
Q: Is tax extra and how much is the tax?
A: Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland - 13%
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec,
Prince Edward Island - 5%
NWT, Yukon, Nunvit - 5%
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes, we work with many companies and do offer volume discounts. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your specific needs.
Q: Does the order price include delivery?
A: The final price does include delivery. Delivery costs are dependent on destination and speed of delivery. You will be offered various delivery options to ensure you're comfortable with delivery costs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to both Canada and the United States. Delivery to the United States will take longer and will have to clear customs. CAN'T SEND FRESH PRODUCTS. US CUSTOMS WEBSITE FOR BRINGING BASKET ACROSS BORDER
Q: Can you deliver timing?
A: We do have the capability to delivery to the GTA on the same day. However, orders must be received by 10 AM. All baskets and boxes are assembled after the order is placed. We may need to substitute products depending on our inventory. Ideally 24 - 48 hours is preferred. Next day delivery order before 3:00 pm
Q: How will my order by shipped?
A: Local delivery areas are shipped with a local courier and delivered wrapped in cellophane with a hand-made bow and gift card. All other areas in Canada and the United States are shipped by UPS, Canada Post or Purolator. Shipped baskets are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in boxes cushioned with heavy Kraft paper. Cardboard inserts are used to provide extra protection. Note: One delivery attempt is included with the initial order. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address or change of address are subject to and additional delivery fee comparable to the first delivery charge.
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: No. Couriers require a physical name and number to ensure your gift is properly delivered.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not at home to receive your delivery?
A: You will need to provide alternative delivery instructions I don't know the answer right now.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation that my gift was delivered?
A: Yes, an e-mail will be sent to you one your gift has been delivered.
Q: Can I deliver the gift basket or box myself?
A: Yes, we'll arrange for delivery to your location and you can hand deliver the gift to the recipient.
Q: Can we include our company's promotional materials in the baskets?
A: Yes, we can include your promotional materials in your basket. We will contact you to arrange for pick-up the materials.
Q: Can you personalize the colours?
A: Yes, we have a wide range of ribbons and gift décor to personalize your gift.
Q: Do you substitute products?
A: On occasion, we may have to substitute with a comparably priced item. However, the substituted products will meet all of your needs (allergies, dietary issues ....)
Q: Can I add alcohol to my gift?
